Space planning.

KITCHEN + DINING AND LIVING ROOM

Is it planning layout very important? Where should I put all my furniture? How can I prove my space with more functionality and comfort?

Where to start?

Here is my advice, before starting planning, ask yourself few questions:

- What furniture I have?

- What is require buying? Maybe some new chairs, rug, tv, sofa etc...

- Think about your staff, like books, art, magazines, laptop. How many draws is required? Writing down and analyse. This will help you to understand, what kind of furniture is needed.

- Another good advice is how many people will be using this space and how? For example, is living room - Family of 4 people, on the evenings watching tv altogether, dad like reading books, on the weekend maybe some friends or family members visiting them.

- Composition your planning space. Every functional space requires centre of composition. It could be a table with chairs, art on the wall, sofa etc.

I hope some of my tips will help you to create functional space.
